Tilmann, born January, 20th, 1964 in Wiesbaden, Germany still lives and works in his hometown. Starting to play the guitar when he was nine he decided to quit his sports-carreer as one of germans fastest teenager on 100m, and devoted his time in becoming a musician/artist. Getting a lot of attention for writing and performing (along with Peter Wenke) the score-music for Katja von Garnier´s movie "Abgeschminkt" (one of german´s most successful movies of the ninetys) he records and produces music for TV, Advertising and other media. After performing with Grammy-winner Alannah Myles ("Black Velvet") and a few recordings with german Warr-Guitar-virtuoso Kuno Wagner, flute-player Hans Fischer (member of legendary Krautrock-Bands Xhol, Embryo and Virgo), drummer and author Peter van Ham to name a few he currently works with his own Projects Morbid and the MorbidCocktailLounge, the Frankfurt City Blues Band and performs with the Dance/Showband "Nightbirds". His work features a unique approach to guitar, electronics, loops, sounds and techniques, creating music between Ambient, Avantgarde, Jazz, New Age, Pop and styles that still wait to be invented.
